The two year residential technical college offers associate degree, diploma, and technical certificate of credit programs. Students may obtain associate degrees in accounting, agricultural technology, air conditioning technology, business administrative technology, computer information systems, criminal justice technology, culinary arts, drafting technology, early childhood care and education, electrical power generation, electronics technology, engineering technology, heavy equipment dealer’s service technology, horticulture, marketing management and recreation and leisure and management.

South Georgia Tech also offers diploma’s and technical certificate of credits in each of those program areas as well as aircraft structural technology, auto chassis and climate control specialist, auto collision repair technology, automotive technology, aviation maintenance technology, avionics maintenance technology, barbering, cosmetology, diesel equipment technology, drafting, electrical systems technology, fire science technology, horticulture, industrial mechanical systems, industrial systems technology, machine tool technology, medical assisting, motorsports vehicle technology, practical nursing, and welding and joining technology.

A number of specialty technical certificate of credits are also offered at South Georgia Technical College including basic law enforcement, commercial truck driving, electrical lineworker apprentice, emergency medical technician, phlebotomy technician, pulp and paper operations, and many more.
