Over 150 individuals attend South Georgia Tech Summer Job Fair

Over 150 individuals attended the South Georgia Technical College and the Southwest Georgia Employer Committee summer job fair held recently in the John M. Pope Technology Center on the South Georgia Technical College Americus campus at 900 South Georgia Tech Parkway.
Twenty-one employers attended the Summer Job Fair that were hiring for current positions. Some of the employers included: Concentra Solutions/PharmaCentra, Innovative Senior Solutions, Americus Police Department, Department of Juvenile Justice, Southern Wholesale Glass, ResCare Home Care, The Staffing People, All State Truck Stop, Sumter County Correctional Institute, Crisp Regional Hospital, Dooly State Prison, Big Tex Manufacturing, Lillian Carter Health and Rehab, Albany Area Primary Healthcare, Quality Inn Americus, Fellowship Home at Cordelia Manor, Magnolia Manor, the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, Pinehill Nursing Center, and more.

The City of Americus Police Department was looking for a few more good employees.
