SGTC Phi Beta Lambda to Host American Enterprise Program
The South Georgia Technical College chapter of Phi Beta Lambda will host its annual American Enterprise Program on Tuesday, November 12 at 10 a.m. in the John M. Pope Industrial Technology Center on the Americus campus. Marc Arnett will be the featured speaker for the program.
Arnett is a Motivational Speaker, Author and Entrepreneur. Born and raised in Americus, he is a dynamic speaker and distinguished leader in his community. He has spent the better part of a decade motivating and inspiring others through speaking and mentoring initiatives. His aim is to communicate with people to teach them techniques to achieve their greatest level of success across multiple areas of their lives.
Arnett has served thousands of students locally and across the state of Georgia, and is dedicated to continuing his service to students globally. He also recently released his first book, What I Wish I Knew:10 Things Every High School Student Should Know. Arnett is a proud graduate of The Americus-Sumter High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Georgia Southwestern State University. He also joined Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. while attending Columbus State University earlier in his collegiate career. Arnett serves on the Board of Directors for the Sumter County Chamber of Commerce and Americus Main Street.
