SGTC representatives make presentation at Crisp County HR Roundtable

   South Georgia Technical College Crisp County Center Admissions Coordinator Hunter Little and SGTC Crisp County Center Commercial Truck Driving Instructor Taylor Hughes met with Crisp County Human Resources representatives recently to talk about SGTC’s new Commercial Truck Driving program in Crisp County.

   SGTC is currently accepting applications for its new CDL program on the Crisp County campus.  The college recently installed a new Commercial Truck Driving Range behind its Crisp County Center location at 402 North Midway Road.  The college is offering eight-week CDL classes this fall.

      Construction on the new nearly five-acre asphalt range at the SGTC Crisp County Center campus has been completed.  Taylor Hughes is the SGTC Crisp County CDL instructor and students can sign up today for Fall semester classes. Financial aid is available to qualified Georgia residents.

   Individuals interested in signing up for the CDL classes are urged visit the SGTC website at www.southgatech.edu and click on Apply on the top right-hand side of the site.  Individuals who would like more information about the over 200 associate degree, diploma and technical certificate of credit classes offered at SGTC can contact Admissions Coordinator Hunter Little at the Crisp County Center campus at hlittle@southgatech.edu.
